Y-type filter is Y-shaped, one end is to let water and other fluids pass through, and the other end is to precipitate waste and impurities. The role of the filter is to remove impurities in the water to protect the normal operation of the valve and equipment. The water to be treated by the filter enters the body from the water inlet, and the impurities in the water are deposited on the stainless steel filter, resulting in a pressure difference. The pressure difference between the water inlet and outlet is monitored through the differential pressure switch. When the pressure difference reaches the set value, the electric controller sends signals to the hydraulic control valve and the drive motor to trigger the following actions: the motor drives the brush to rotate to clean the filter element, and the control valve opens at the same time. For sewage discharge, the entire cleaning process only lasts for tens of seconds. When the cleaning is over, close the control valve, stop the motor, and restore the system to its initial state, and start the next filtration process. After the equipment is installed, the technical personnel will debug it, set the filtration time and cleaning conversion time, the water to be treated will enter the body from the water inlet, and the filter will start to work normally.
